To promote scientific collaborations between CeNS groups and to support new project ideas, CeNS members can apply for cooperation support.

To promote the scientific independence of postdoctoral researchers, CeNS is launching research grants up to € 8,000. With the CeNS Investment Fund, outstanding postdoctoral researchers at CeNS/LMU will be supported. Applications of female researchers are especially encouraged.

The awardees will be selected by the CeNS board according to the following criteria:

  • innovative and creative nature of the candidate's work
  • interdisciplinary character of the candidate's work
  • potential shown by the candidate as a future leader in nanoscience

Submission guideline:
Applications for cooperation support can be sent at any time to Susanne Hennig.
Please use the application form (PDF, 75 KB). For individual postdoc projects, please refer to the deadlines communicated by e-mail to all CeNS members.
